At Where The Hat Is Corporation, we believe that "everyone deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future"—no matter their past. We provide "holistic, human-centered solutions to the housing crisis", working closely with community partners to "uplift and empower individuals" who have experienced homelessness and hardship.

We recognize that many of those we serve have lived in survival mode—facing trauma, instability, and daily uncertainty. That’s why our approach goes beyond housing. We offer "trauma-informed, sustainable communities" that nurture the whole person.

Our vision is to create "self-sustaining homesteads" where residents not only have a safe place to live, but also gain:

- Sustainable living skills  

- Job training and entrepreneurship support  

- Budgeting and homeownership education  

- Access to food growing and animal care  

- Opportunities for leadership and healing  and so much more!
